However is quite simple just print off one of my contract and application flyers depending on the website, and writing your 5 digit department number in the top right hand corner. Photo copy and mail a copy of each to me. Next print off the Brochure & registration form & fill in your 5 digit dept. number in and photocopy and give them out. People will place their registrations and I send you your 50%.
For those of you applying, that are on your states work force center or One - Stop centers. Send along a letter that states you are eligible for work and how many hours available per week.
